Area Democrats and independent voters are invited to the 2025 NW Iowa Dinner With Democrats on Wednesday, Sept. 24, at the Willow Creek Banquet Hall in Le Mars (935 Park Lane). Eight Democratic candidates running for statewide and national offices in 2026 will be featured in the program. They include Ryan Peterman, Democratic candidate for Iowa Secretary of State; Nate Willems, competing to become Iowa's next Attorney General; Julie Stauch, who is running to be Governor of Iowa; Dave Dawson, Stephanie Steiner and Ashley WolfTornabane, Democratic candidates for Iowa’s 4th District in the U.S. House; and U.S. Senate candidates Nathan Sage and Josh Turek. Doors will open at 5:30 PM, meal service will begin at 6 PM, and the program will start at 6:30 PM.
