The Sioux County Democrats will hold their County Convention on March 21, at which they will elect delegates and alternates to the District and State Conventions and approve the county platform.

About the Event
Democrats in Sioux County who were elected to serve as County Convention delegates will meet Saturday, March 21, at the Sioux Center Public Library. The main order of business will be to elect delegates and alternates to the Iowa Democratic Party's District and State Conventions, as well as to choose committee members for those conventions. County Convention delegates will also discuss and adopt the county party platform. Any registered Democrat may run to serve as a District and State Convention delegate, even if they aren't a County Convention delegate. However, in order represent Sioux County at the district and state level, they must be elected by County Convention delegates. The District Convention is May 2, while the State Convention is June 13.
